These examples show ordinary design documentation for non-executable semantic and governance knowledge:

• observable-semantics-dpdk-ring.md — capture timing, snapshot strength, and model mappings.

Design documents are not Bridge artifacts and do not establish evidence. Operational effects belong in profile mappings, policy rules, canonical evidence commands, and fresh evidence-run receipts.
