Returns a Sente `ServerChan` adapter for `ring-jetty-adapter` [1].
Supports Jetty 11, 12.

Options:
   `:ajax-resp-timeout-ms` - Max msecs to wait for Ajax responses (default 60 secs),
                             exception thrown on timeout.
