Provides pre-built native dependencies for Datalevin database. This is done by packaging the compiled static or shared C libraries and header files in JAR files.
The *-shared packages are dynamic shared libraries that are used in embedded
library version of Datalevin, where others are static libraries that used in
GraalVM native image version of Datalevin.
