General Setup

• It's okay to not set up InterMine on your machine - if you don't have a local intermine, it will just fetch a list from http://registry.intermine.org/ (only the ones above 1.8).

Reframe

• If you're running Bluegenes in dev mode and want to hide the re-frame-10x panel, you can simply press Ctrl+H
