Boruvka MST over mutual-reachability distance via the KD-tree — ports EVoC's parallel_boruvka. The O(n log n) replacement for the dense O(n²) Prim in cluster.mst. Reuses raster.spatial.kdtree (build + box-bound + rdist) and evoc.tree's union-find (ds-find!/ds-union!).
Per round: component-aware query finds each point's nearest neighbor in a DIFFERENT component (mutual-reach max(rdist, core_i, core_j), pruned by the component's best so far); merge keeps each component's cheapest outgoing edge, unions them; repeat until one component. Starts from singletons (the kNN-init is only an iteration-count optimization). Edge weights stored as sqrt (actual euclidean mutual reachability), matching EVoC + cluster.mst/prim-mst!.
