Thank you for your organization's interest in contributing to proximum ("the Project").
This agreement clarifies the terms under which Your Organization ("the Contributor") makes contributions to the Project.
Your Organization grants to the Maintainer and to recipients of software distributed by the Maintainer:
Your Organization grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to:
Your Organization grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by Your Organization that are necessarily infringed by the Contribution(s) alone or by combination of the Contribution(s) with the Project.
(a) Your Organization has the legal right to grant the above licenses
(b) The Contributor is authorized to submit contributions on behalf of Your Organization
(c) The Contributions are original work of Your Organization or Your Organization has the right to submit them under these terms
(d) Your Organization is not aware of any third-party claims that would conflict with these licenses
Your Organization is not obligated to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancements, or modifications for the Contributions. However, Your Organization may choose to do so.
(a) The Contributions are public and will be maintained indefinitely
(b) The Maintainer may release the Contributions under the Project's open source license or commercial license terms
(c) The Project will always remain available under an OSI-approved open source license
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
