Implemented Testnet-first configuration and dual production guard; safe URL overrides; receive-window, timeout, credential, clock, and transport validation; offline client creation and idempotent close; qualified immutable endpoint registry; read/command semantics with mandatory no-retry commands; eight-stage transport-independent pipeline; injectable transport/clock/signer/parser/stages; stable errors with recursive secret redaction; and immutable map I/O.

Tests covered defaults and validation, floating-point rejection, ambiguous credentials, registry duplicates, method-independent command retry ban, stage order, injection, input immutability, boundary redaction, close-at-most-once, and closed-client behavior.

No real HTTP, JSON, crypto, or Binance endpoint implementation was added and no runtime dependency changed. Verification: 18 tests, 68 assertions, offline harness, lint, format, and secret scan all passed. Next: Phase 3 decimal, encoding, time, and authentication.
